As soon as Ros glommed onto the LED suits, I thought of you saying she'd loved them. Clearly you are psychic. (I found the requested pictures for her, but we've been so busy this weekend I haven't had time to show them to her yet.
I'm glad to hear you're (mostly) enjoyed HTMF. I do love the acoustic versions on the album, and yes, Believe in the Boogie is lovely. One of my faves is They Do. It reminds me a lot of Pieces of Heaven, which is one of my favourites on IYOT. The "hurt me" lyrics are...something all right. I can't honestly think of another singer, and certainly not a male one, who has that level of masochism in their lyrics. It's certainly fascinating. Although I have to say I prefer the toughness that you see hints of, like in bits of Making Out.
As for the Pros story, 30,000 words is my estimate of how much story I've got left. I've got 8 scenes left in the outline, and each scene usually takes 1,000 words, give or take. Mind you, there's some seriously plot heavy scenes in their, and given my luck I'll end up adding a scene or two. I'm very much looking forward to your story.
