Yeah, maybe it was a bit chilly when this picture was taken, but I have seen other pics of Mark wearing Uggs when it obviously is quite hot. He probably just want to keep his feet warm *g*. Well, I have read somewhere that wearing Uggs in the summer is, or has been, quite trendy amongst young female celebs :)

Yes, the Uggs certainly has its place in a Mark's Dubious Fashion Choices post. At least the Uggs in your picture are not as bad as other Uggs I've seen him wear ;)
