Arthritis is a big pile of no fun, and mine is relatively minor compared to your RA. I think a visit back to my GP will be in order if it's no better by next week.

Back aside, it's been a good summer. Ros is Ridiculously Flexible Girl and also wicked strong, so the whole circus thing is right up her alley. And football has been good, though I can't help wishing we'd got another win or two. Ah well, the girls are all, mostly, having fun, and that's the main thing. (Our enthusiastic but clueless newbie told me this week she may not play again next year because it's not quite as much fun as she thought it would be. She's taken to flinching every time the ball comes near her, alas. Shall have to see what I can do for our last game to make it more fun for her.)
