Close Quarters, Here I Come

I'm (mostly) packed. My iPod is charged and loaded up with TV for the plane. (Pros, of course, but also Top Gear!) I've printed off everything I need to; I've got my passport and my tickets.

I'm ready to head off to Close Quarters!

I'm looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones. (Not to mention seeing my zine, Exile, actually printed up. /shameless plug)

I don't think I'll have much net access while I'm away, so I'll have to catch up on all the interesting things everyone's doing when I get back.

I'm going to send out a general announcement to everyone who did mail order, but thought I'd let you know that the zine went in the mail Friday morning, and that the "average" delivery time is 6 to 10 business days. Here's hoping it's closer to 6 days than 10.

Well, my plane home was delayed a couple of hours. Which on the positive side meant I got completely caught up on Top Gear in the airport. Well, except to tonight's episode which I need to torrent right now...

No delays, and I had a lovely time at the airport with FJ Bryan, and then watched episode 6 of season 10 TP on my way. (plus a few Pros songvids. *g*)

I haven't seen anything of this year's episodes of TP, although they have been described to me. Um. I'm going to have to figure out about this whole torrent business, aren't I? Obsession, obsession....
