Things are starting to come together.

I got my Pros discoveredinalj story posted. A day late. ::headdesk:: It's here, for anyone not on the comm who's interested:

I also finished my very first Yuletide story yesterday and got it uploaded. So hooray for that! (I was a bit stressed about doing Yuletide, but it was really kind of fun to take on a fandom I love but had never written in.) Can't wait to see the reveal.

In non-fannish news, I had my first face-to-face interview on Friday afternoon. I think it went pretty well, but I'll find out how well this coming week. That's when they're going to shortlist the top candidates and let us know who goes on to the second round. All good thoughts welcome.

Now I just have to finish off my getting later-by-the-minute UNCLE Down the Chimney Affair story. (Plot. Why did it have to have plot?)

Best of luck for getting into the second round! I hope it went even better than it felt, and they do the smart thing and grab you.

Where will your Uncle fic be posted? Because, hey, przed fic!!!!!! I only dip into Muncle occasionally, but this sounds like the perfect occasion for a dip *g*

Thanks for the good wishes. I think I've got exactly the skill set they need, but at this point it depends on how good the other candidates are and how we all stack up. Fingers crossed.

The UNCLE fic will be on the muncle community. The stories go up anonymously, but I'll post a link on my LJ when the authors are revealed. I just hope my offering doesn't suck. *g* (I'm currently trying to beat it into submission.)
