Vid: Love's Not a Competition (Pros)

Inspired by seeing Kaiser Chiefs this week, I've finally put my Pros vid, Love's Not a Competition up on my YouTube channel.

This is the last Pros vid I made, though certainly not the last one I intend to make. I've got two Pros vid ideas currently percolating, and I'm hoping to get to at least one of them soonish. And I also plan to put most of my older vids up on YT eventually, though that's a long term goal. (I have a grand scheme to re-do my very first I Spy vid to get rid of the technical glitches I didn't know enough to avoid, but that is a long term goal.)

I love this vid - OK, it's one of yours so naturally *g* But specifically to this vid, I like the song and the way you use it to change the mood of the vid from almost comedy at the start, Bodie completely confident and untouchable, touching Doyle like his posession, morphing into the uncertainty as Doyle has serious relationships with women and the feelings between them become more intense and yet more difficult to navigate, until finally DIAG risks taking everything away and all Bodie's cockiness is gone... YUMMY *g*

Very inspiring for the Big Bang I really must write some more of!

I have to say, I was very pleased at the narrative arc I managed to work into this one. Especially getting it all to lead to the DIAG footage. (I love that ep past reason.)

Once I'm done my BB story, I'm hoping to do some vidding again. (Maybe I'll finish two vids this year!)

I'm hoping I've got good notes on the I Spy eps I used, because I do want to re-master the I Spy vid. I'll definitely post if I get it up.
