It was indeed a great day.

I got the shirt for him from the Art Institute in Chicago. Isn't it nifty? What makes it even better is that we have a print of Hokusai's The Great Wave" in our bedroom.

He pretty much can just carry me away, but he only does it after asking permission.

I picked up the jacket at one of the big Chinese malls here and realized that I hadn't worn it yet. It was a good day to break it in.

The height difference is just silly, owing to me being extra short and him being extra tall. Mostly I don't notice it, until someone takes out picture.

I'm sorry I missed your party. Actually, I had some minor surgery last week that really knocked the stuffing outta me and I ended up staying home from the sucky family thing I didn't want to do either. OTOH, etui came over and we watched 9 more SGA eps. You definitely need to get assimilated!
