przedI just found out I've made it through to the first round of interviews for a learning developer position. And I've got till Tuesday to put together a portfolio that'll prove I can produce online learning.
I've spent all evening installing Windows and Office on my shiny new Mac laptop. Now I get to spend the weekend redoing one of my online tutorials without all that pesky branding from my previous employer. And this on top of ballet lessons, Mandarin lessons, the buying of a big girl bed (the Sweetie accidentally cracked the railing on the toddler bed Ros was rapidly outgrowing anyway), and play dates.

(I should have worked on the damn learning portfolio several weeks ago, but I kept thinking it would be ages before I got an interview that would need one. ::sigh::)

Date: 2010-01-30 04:16 pm (UTC)Ah, the big girl bed. What a big step. We bought Paige one last year, but used a temporary rail on it to keep her from falling out. Paige took to it immediately.
Weird thing is she never slept with blankets or a pillow before in the crib. Wouldn't keep the blanket on. As soon as she transitioned to the bed she always had to be covered up with a blanket.
