Eeeek! I'm so sorry Ros is unwell :( Little ones are tricky like that, they get ill suddenly and violently (though I do hope it doesn't happen again!) My sister found a pediatrician who was available 24/7 for emergences (she lived locally). Hugs to you and the Sweetie and lovely Ros!
