Hey, whaddaya know, my pal sooguy had his questions picked for thefridayfive for the second week running. So, I had to do this batch...

1) If you were to star in a movie, who would you want to be cast as your love interest?
If I had access to a time machine, a 45-year-old Martin Shaw. Or Sean Bean at any age.

2) What genre of movie would you most like to star in?
A martial arts epic, of course.

3) What song would you insist be on the soundtrack?
This Is Hardcore by Pulp. Because nobody does sleazy magnificence like Jarvis Cocker.

4) What would you wear to the premiere of your movie?
Something involving silk and brocade and velvet. And Doc Martens.

5) Who would you thank in your Oscar acceptance speech?
My sweetie, for totally getting me and my special brand of insanity. And all my friends in fandom for sharing that insanity. *g*

There is no joy in Madison...

Well, the Badgers didn't win their game, so they're out of the tourney. And to add insult to injury, they were so far behind (15 to 20 points for the entire game) that they didn't even show the game on either of the 2 channels I get. I'll have to content myself with Milwaukee getting through to the second round.

I bid a fond farewell to my Bucky icon for another year.

On the positive side, I got to see 14th seed Northwestern State take out 3rd seed Iowa in a pretty darn exciting game. (If my team's not involved, I always cheer for the underdog.)

In non-basketball related news, a Happy St. Patrick's Day to y'all. (Of surprise to those of you who know what the Zed stands for will be the fact that I'm one quarter Irish. On my mom's side, obviously.)
