Le Holiday and Le Writing

We've had a lovely, if exhausting trip up north, with family visited, Lake Superior swum in, and fun had by all.

I haven't had an excess of writing time on the trip, but I've made reasonably good use of what I did have.



I've got either half a scene, or a scene and a half, depending on whether I decide I can get away without an epilogue. But either way, I should have no trouble getting this puppy done for the August 20 deadline.

Of course, then there's the small matter of the two stories I signed up to do vids for. (To my writers: I'll get them done! I promise!)

We're all packed up and ready to leave Sault Ste. Marie first thing tomorrow morning, so this will be my last night of internet before we arrive home on Saturday. I've dropped in for the occasional look on LJ in the last few days, but I'll be trying to do some major catch up when we get home. (Along with all you lovely people on my flist, there's sherlockbbc, which I seem to have accidentally joined.) Not to mention the last bit of writing, the editing, and the vidding.

Le sigh.
