A Brief BB Word Count Post

I've been swamped with all the administrative things running the Big Bang entails, but I do want to keep the momentum going with my own story. So to that end, a wee word count post:



The words are coming, and I've got the bulk of it in solid outline form. Of course, my estimate of the final word count keeps going up. (Don't laugh, ancastar. I know you've been there.) I'm currently going with 25,000, but I think the final word count is likely to be closer to 30,000. We'll see. In any case, it's longer than anything I've written since I finished Exile, so that's positive at least.

Oh, I'm sorry. I don't think I was supposed to do that. I'm pretty sure I'm just hysterical in general, seeing as my current word count is just shy of 95,000 (I expect to go over that later tonight).

Good luck, baby! I know you can bring it home in far less wordy a fashion than me. I can't wait to read it.
