A Brief BB Word Count Post

I've been swamped with all the administrative things running the Big Bang entails, but I do want to keep the momentum going with my own story. So to that end, a wee word count post:



The words are coming, and I've got the bulk of it in solid outline form. Of course, my estimate of the final word count keeps going up. (Don't laugh, ancastar. I know you've been there.) I'm currently going with 25,000, but I think the final word count is likely to be closer to 30,000. We'll see. In any case, it's longer than anything I've written since I finished Exile, so that's positive at least.

You're not the only one with the hysterical laughter. Although...95,000 words?! Leapin' lizards! If I hit even half that, they'll be taking me away in a straight jacket.
