Thank you so much, this is utterly fabulous and, yes, combines several of my favouritest things - Take That, WW1 and your writing ♥ It makes a lovely episode, the drama and panic of the attack and then Howard's all too palpable worry, and then the sweetness of the two of them reunited *happysigh* These two blokes being deeply caring but rather taciturn is just so lovely, and the war setting for it works so well. And I love Captain Barlow being perceptive *g* I'm so thrilled to have this 'for me' and I will be putting it onto my kindle.
