I don't quite mean to undersell it; she did have a great time. I just think she would have had an even better time if she'd been with friends who did all the active stuff.
The football win was an unexpected bonus. Given the heat and the fact that the opposition had a mostly full roster, I thought we were going to get killed. The footie gods were with us.
