I'd seen a few people complaining they had issues with the book, so I hadn't paid much attention to the show. (My TBR pile is stacked enough that I don't adding anything to it that doesn't have ringing endorsements.) But a few podcasts I like with similar tastes to mine had recently talked about how much they love it, so I finally caved. And I'm glad I did. If I didn't have other claims on my time, I'd have absolutely binged it in two days. As it was, it only took four, which is epically short for me. (I'm still plodding my way through Dickinson, an episode every week or two, and that's a show I quite like!)
The structure of Station Eleven is brilliant, and the music is fab. And I love pretty much all the characters. Even the one you're originally led to believe is a sociopath. It's definitely going to stick with me for a long time.
