March Madness!

przedIt's a mark of how busy (not to mention sick) I am that I didn't realize it was time for the annual March Madness basketball frenzy until this morning. And since the Badgers made it in (and as number 2 seeds!) it's time to pull out the Bucky icon for another year.
They play their first game tomorrow afternoon, and I shall be watching. (Probably huddled on the couch under my comfy afghan, coughing and sniffling, with a box of tissue in one hand and a mug of lemon tea in the other.)
I just hope they do better than last year and that Bucky gets a few more posts this year.

Date: 2007-03-16 08:30 pm (UTC)But as a Canadian, I view the whole NCAA sports thing (not to mention high school sports) as an interesting sociological phenomenon. Hockey aside, we don't have anything quite like it here. Plus, I'm indifferent to basketball but I love basketball.
