Today was supposed to be my first day back at work in a year. It wasn't.

Why, you may ask? Because I have managed to come down with pink eye. (Seriously, I look like the Undead.) Fortunately the little girl, who probably brought it back from daycare, is perfectly fine.

I'll be at work tomorrow, though likely still with the dayglow pink eyes. (Such an attractive look. /sarcasm)

The eyes are getting there. (Now if the cough would only get lost.)

So far, work isn't looking too bad. And at least one of my replacements is extremely happy to see me. (Haven't seen the other two yet.)
