LotR Trilogy Trauma

So, I've been searching online and everywhere for information on what theatres will be playing the Extended Edition in Toronto. No luck. No listings for Toronto or indeed, for anywhere in Canada. Which would suck. And be stupid, on New Line's part. (For some bizarre, unexplained reason, Tolkein's books have always sold more per capita in Canada than anywhere else in the world, a trend that has continued with the movies. Gods know why, but it's kinda nifty.)

I'm sure it's too late by now, but if anyone knows what's going on with Canadian theatres, I'd love to hear it.

Mucho frustrating, but it might mean I revert to my original plan. This summer, I was joking about taking the 17th off to watch the extended edition DVDs, then hitting the evening screening of ROTK, and before I knew it I had four friends planning to join me. I'm holding back my last vacation day just for this purpose. It's all made more delicious by the fact that the 17th is my birthday. I must get the Aragorn poster with the date on it.) If it comes to this, you're entirely welcome to join the crazy bunch of us.

As for Gay Bar, glad you enjoyed it. It was a hoot to make, if completely nuts. Part of me is ready to swear I'll never use that many sources again. Part of me wants to see if I can use even more sources for another vid.
