Those aren't just fried squid, they are "salt baked squid." Which is to say, salt and batter encrusted morsels of yumminess! (Name notwithstanding, they're totally fried.)

I've only had time to watch the first 20 minutes of the first one so far, but man, I love Martin's look in Apparitions. Possibly even more than as Doyle. (Love the beard, love the silver hair, love the distinguished look.) If this goes on, I'll be needing an Apparitions icon.
