Pic for 1000 and a Beta Plea

I foolishly joined the picfor1000 challenge again this year, because I can't help myself and because it's a chance to write the lads. And I scored a really great prompt. I figured it would be a slam dunk to get a thousand words down.

So what does my brain do? It gives me plot. Lotsa plot. The sort of plot it's hard to do in only a thousand words. As a result, I've now got two related 1000 word stories hanging out on my hard drive.

Anyone out there in LJ land have time to take a look at 2000 words of Pros with some plot shoe-horned in?
