So here's been my week...

Saturday: See first full episode of Top Gear (yeah, I know, where have I been); fall in lurv with Hammond.
Sunday: Definitely still in lurv with Hammond
Today: Go looking for Top Gear slash; join Top Gear comm; get Top Gear icons; wonder why I'm yet again in a handbasket.

::sigh::

In other news, I have laryngitis. (Waves at callistosh65. Here's hoping I don't follow you into full blown pneumonia, though weirdly I feel better than I have all week.)

We love TG, although I have to say the slash is one thing I've never thought of... until now *raises one eyebrow*

I adore Hammond, but for some inexplicable reason, my daughter (yes, the just-turned 11 year old one lol) can't stand him. I also have a thing for The Stig *g*

I blame the Sweetie. He can't watch anything these days without asking the inevitable "is there slash?" question. (I went looking for, and found, Flight of the Conchords slash for him. Not that he really wanted to read it. He just wanted to know it was out there.)

Interesting your daughter can't stand Hammond. He's so adorable, you'd think she'd like 'im. Or maybe that's just me being maternal. (I shan't comment on your thing for The Stig. *g*)

The laryngitis was beginning to get better after a day spent working at home not talking, but having just spent 4 hours cajoling a toddler, it's officially awful again. And yet apart from the voice, I still feel mostly okay. Weird.
