Wild Wild West Fic

In a bid to make a teeny dent in the massive updating needed on my website (and because agentxpdnble is working her way through the series) I thought I might as well upload my two very last Wild Wild West stories.

The Night of the Easter Blizzard has Jim caught in a blizzard and Artie captured by an old enemy.

Where the Road Takes You sees Artie leaving the Secret Service and, possibly, Jim. This is the very last WWW story I ever wrote, and likely to remain so unless my beloved editor ever takes to publishing WWW zines again.

Both stories were originally published in Gentlemen Never Tell, published by the aforementioned beloved editor, the marvellous Taliesin.

Oh, hey, cool! I enjoyed both of those--and was in the mood to read today, so that made it all the more fun. Thank you! I think I liked "Where the Road Takes You" best, just for the misery that Artie was in (which I can totally see), and how Jim comes along at the right time. *g* But both of the stories are good and spot-on in terms of characterization.

I have to admit I'm fond of Where the Road Takes You. It was fun to write a story that was both beginning and ending. And revisiting them to post has made me really want to watch the show again. (Oh, for infinite time...)

Oh, I went through a phaze--long before I ever found fandom. I've read a few stories but have been otherwise occupied in my fannish years. Really, name just about any buddy show and I've been there. *g*

I admit, reading these and seeing the posts over at agentxpdnble's LJ has made me want to watch an episode or two as well!
