I finally thought of a good caption for the Partridge lj icon I've had lying around unused forever, so I felt the need to post.

I'm also very happy to announce that I've finally finished the Wild Wild West zine story that has been hanging over my head for far too long. I only blew the deadline by a month. (Thank heavens for understanding editors.) The story will be published in Gentlemen Never Tell, a fab zine put out by the also fab Marian Kelly.

So, what to do next? Equilibrium vid? UNCLE vid? LotR stories? Organize the basement? (The basement is probably the most pressing need, but where's the fun in that?)

Bean *is* Partridge. (Check out the movie Equilibrium. It's slashy as all get out, even if Bean is only in a wee bit of it.) And really, can one have too many Bean icons? ;)

I assume your WWW story is long since done? (I'm looking forward to reading it.)

*snickers* My brain immediately went 'Partridge. George Sanders.' so no wonder I couldn't find it!

As for my WWW story, I'd been working on it on and off for about 18 months, as it's the one that was supposed to be in GNT6 and just wasn't done in time. I hope you like it, I know Marian does. Looking forward to reading yours, in a mutual appreciation society kind of way... :)

Jeez, I'd completely forgotten about George Sanders' Partridge. Clearly I need to start watching more UNCLE again.

It's kinda comforting to know I'm not the only one who's blown Marian's deadlines. My story last year was supposed to be in GNT5, but I got completely blocked on it and had to come up with another one on short notice.

Well, I do have the Sweeney Season 1 box. Just not the pilot. I've even got a song that I might use for a multi-fandom vid with a strong Sweeney component. Not that I'm promising anything...

But Tainted Love, that has definite possibilities.
