We got back from up north this afternoon, then went off to a gathering with a couple of other families who adopted through the same agency. And now I am utterly knackered.

But I did want to give big thanks to all those who sent condolences on the passing of my aunt. I hugely appreciated it and will send individual thanks once I've caught up with my sleep again.

Ack! I'm late to the party--or in this case, funeral. I'm sorry. I've only been on LJ sporadically lately.

I'm also sorry to hear your aunt passed. I'm thankful you were able to say goodbye and glad she didn't need to suffer too long. It's always hard when someone you're close to dies. But at 94, it sounds as if she had a good, long life.
