Not the Best Day Ever

It was probably inevitable, but I came down with the same bug as the Sweetie last night.

It progressed from hmm, I feel a little icky just after dinner to OMG why can't I just die by 1 a.m. when the throwing up started. Owing to the fact that every time I tried lying down I'd just about throw up I got no sleep last night. (The ickiness was somewhat mitigated by the watching of Take That videos into the wee morning hours. Though even the adorableness that is Mark Owen couldn't eliminate the misery of the I'm exhausted, but I can't sleep, but I'm exhausted cycle.)

I finally conked out around 7 this morning and spent the day alternately sleeping and watching TV. And just before Ros and the Sweetie got home, I had soda crackers! Oh, the excitement.

We are now just really, really hoping that Ros doesn't come down with this. Though if she does, she at least seems to get over stuff much more quickly than us.

Thanks! I'm on the way, though I only made it through work till noon today. Came home to sleep, but might have just stuck on the Beautiful World DVD instead. ;-)

The BW DVD has healing powers, trust me! In fact I think some parts of it are barely legal meication... ;)
