I was ridiculously excited today to find this message sitting in my Inbox:


And even more excited when I opened it to find that yes, my Blu-ray of Progress Live is on the way. (The DVD copy is a Christmas pressie for the local friend I've hooked on TT. Fortunately, she doesn't read my LJ.)


I do rather hope that delivery estimate is a gross overestimate. December 12! I think I could swim the Atlantic in that amount of time.

I don't think the Sweetie would be down with the kidnapping of those two. I've already asked him for Howard Donald for Christmas--hey, he asked what I wanted--and he insisted he's enough Donald for our household. He's also not amused that HD has his first name as a last name.

By hook or by crook, I'm seeing the next tour live. I'll spare you the rowing of the Atlantic. But I may just turn up in Sunderland for a concert. (I've always wanted to see the Newcastle area. My dad lived there for a few years after the war, before moving on to Canada.)
