Annoying La Ros

Last night whilst playing Game of Life, I discovered a sure fire way to annoy my daughter. Every time I got a Pay Raise card, I called it a Pay Rise card, completely without thinking. Ros objected to this. Strenuously.

Ros: It's not Pay Rise! It's Pay Raise!
Me: It's Pay Rise in England.
Ros: We're not in England!

Clearly, I need to expose her to more British culture. *g*

Excellent work. I recommend following up with the could care/couldn't care less conundrum next. And maybe math/maths...
