Time for the latest version of this meme, because I'm always curious as to what's getting read.
List your ten fics at AO3 that have had the most hits.
1. In the Bleak Midwinter
Pros My 2011 Pros Big Bang story, and the last entry (so far) in the Comfort and Joy series. In its third year as number one.
2. Dreaming of a White Christmas
Take That This showed up as number 10 last year. As you can probably tell from the title, it was my 2013 Christmas story, and a sequel to Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas, which was #10 on the list three years ago.
3. Exile
Pros My lonely Pros novel, and the absolute hardest thing I've ever written. (It took eight years to finish, give or take.) Another one that's the same as last year.
4. Firsts
Pros A series of vignettes of firsts in Bodie and Doyle's lives, and probably the second hardest stories I've ever written. ("How hard can it be?" I asked myself. "A bunch of vignettes; I can toss that off in a couple of weeks, tops." I think it ended up taking more than a year.) Down from second last year.
5. Nothing Worth Having
Sherlock Holmes, RDJ Movie-verse My one Holmes/Watson/Mary OT3. It's down one from last year.
6. Pretty Little Liars
Take That My entry for the inaugural Take That Big Bang in 2012. Up one from 7 last year.
7. Happy Endings
Pros Young mercenary Bodie meets young copper Doyle. Down two places from 5 last year.
8. Live 'Til You Die. Pros This was new last year at #6, and was an entry for the
hc_bingo sacrifice square.
9. An Open Book
Sherlock Holmes, RDJ Movie-verse Holding at #9.
10. Down a Dark Desert Highway
A Knight's Tale, Hotel California A Yuletide story. Down from #8 last year.
There's no new stories on the list--not surprising given my very low output of late--but The First Time 'Round, my Edge of Tomorrow Yuletide fic, finished just out of the running at number 11.
