List your ten fics at AO3 that have had the most hits.
This is my seventh year doing this. Usually there's a slow evolution of new things creeping up the list as older stories creep down. But in the last few months I've joined my first stupid big fandom ever, and wow, did that make a change.
1. The Altar Boy Act
Stucky. The first Stucky story I wrote, just last November, with snarky, foul-mouthed Bucky and Steve messing with Tony, and it shot to the top of the list in mere weeks.
2. Captain America Has a Fella
Stucky. A WW II Stucky story, from the POV of one of Steve USO showgirl friends. I'm really pleased that people seem to like this story. The showgirl, Audrey, is modelled a bit on my Aunt, and a bit on my mom, both of whom were young women in the '40s, and neither of whom would take shit from anyone. My mom still doesn't. ;-)
3. The First Time 'Round
Edge of Tomorrow. My 2014 Yuletide fic. Number 2 last year, and would have been number 1 this year if the Cap thing hadn't hit.
4. Captain America is Out and Proud
Stucky. Part 2 of the Captain America Has a Fella series. Steve wakes up in the future and finds Audrey is still alive.
5. In the Bleak Midwinter
Pros. My 2011 Pros Big Bang story, and number 1 last year. I'm happy it's hanging in there on the list.
6. Captain America Finds His Happy Ending
Stucky. The last Audrey story. Pretty much what it says on the tin, this time from Bucky's POV.
7. Captain America Finds His Fella
Stucky. The second last Audrey story. I'm fond of this one, primarily because I got to have Bucky become a ballet teacher teaching little kids.
8. Lost and Found - Steve's Story
Stucky. An angsty AU inspired by this piece of fan art. Steve rescues Bucky from the gorge, but still goes into the ice. Part 1 of an ongoing series. I should have part 4 ready to post soon.
9. Dreaming of a White Christmas
Take That. A TT Christmas AU, with Mark and Robbie as teenage runaways. Number 3 last year.
10. Pretty Little Liars
Take That. My story for the inaugural TT Big Bang in 2012. Number 5 last year.
If the Stucky thing hadn't happened, I would have had at least one UNCLE story in the top ten. Oh well.
