przedTonight I watched on T.V. as a bunch of mostly middle-aged men and (far too few) women stood up as their names were called. And it was absolutely rivetting. Why? Because Bill C-38, the bill that legalizes same sex marriages in Canada at a federal level has just passed.
Let there be rejoicing!
(It still has to go through the Senate, but I'm hoping that's a mere formality at this point.)
