Did not know about allergies. Pity. A nice martini goes a long way.

Single malt scotch is my drink of choice, though a nice dry, gin martini is always a good thing. But I've developed a reluctance to indulge and risk a visit to the hospital when my face starts swelling up, as it seems to every 3rd or 4th time I have alcohol.

My last shot of scotch was at our wedding reception. I waited until nearly the end, ordered a shot of the very nice scotch I'd requested and indulged, as Don waited nearby with epipen at the ready.

No wonder you married him! This guy is a keeper! *considers what own spouse would do for contrast* SO would have the bartenders on red alert to cut me off at the pass. He hates needles.

Well, he had it ready, but he would have let me give it to myself. (The one time I did have to use it, I stuck it in my own leg while he watched nervously on.)

So, he's a keeper, but also a wee bit of a wuss. ;)
