All is not lost...

Well, not much work work was accomplished today, but I did actually get things done.
Finished:
The Wild Wild West story for Gentlemen Never Tell 9. The edits are already back and I should be sending 'em back in the next day or two. Gee, only a month late. (
graculus, you can definitely put away the prodding stick.)
My taxes. And I will be getting a whopping big refund, too. Yay!
Almost Finished:
The silly vid. I'm just awaiting two last clips which I should be getting from a friend tomorrow.
Started:
My
summer_of_78 story. Mere minutes after finishing the WWW story, my brain started plugging away at solving some of the narrative problems in the bare bones of the story I'd been thinking about. It should be cool. It also might just turn out to be freaking long. And I've got what, 19 days to do it in? Sigh.
Still, not a bad day's work.

BTW, I just finished Yellow, Vol. 3 and Yowza! Can't wait for the final volume. And I've got Don on the lookout for Bleach at our friendly local comic store.

Date: 2006-05-03 06:14 am (UTC)Thanks for the congrats. I hope the big guy told you before you read it in my journal. I was trying to let people I know in person hear it first hand before they read it here.
We'll have to swap some babysitting next year.
