We compared the new and old versions of Everest when justacat, shayheyred were in England, and the new ones seem to have significantly cleaned up both print damage and the colours. I shall report back on my experience with my copies of the disks. (So can't wait.)
I'm waffling like crazy over whether to get these or not ::sigh::
Are the extras (or what are laughingly called "extras") the same as on the original disks? If these have been improved then it might just be enough to sway me...
I just cracked the slipcase to check and it looks like there are no extras whatsoever this time. Not that not having the old "extras" is any loss, but it would have been nice to have something new.
Just so you know, Amazon has put the price back up, but there might be a few places to get it cheaper.
