ZCon, Yay!

Well, barring any unforeseen catastrophes, it looks like I'm going to ZCon. (I wasn't sure I should, but the Sweetie is pretty confident he can handle the little girl for four days by himself and is encouraging me to go.) So, yay!

It also looks like I'll be showing a new Pros vid. I've got it finished. With the exception of one stupid little three second and eighteen frame two shot right near the end which is going to kill me. But which I'm sure I'll crack sooner or later. (But if anyone on the flist has a suggestion for a medium (waist up) two shot of Doyle looking at Bodie with a certain amount of affection that lasts just under 4 seconds with no talking and no distracting movement, I'd love to hear it. Oh, and hopefully a shot that hasn't been overused too much. And trust me, I've tried a lot of the usual suspects and even more not-so-usual ones and nothing's been the perfect shot yet. *Sigh*)

Yay! I get to meet you! (Assuming we can find each other because, good lord, there are a lot of people I know who are going. *g*) This is excellent, excellent news.

As is a new Pros vid, actually. *g* I can't help with the shot you need, but...ooh, I'm looking forward to the vid!

I'm chuffed I got the vid done. Well, mostly. Except for that bloody shot. But at least I have an okay option if I don't find the perfect one. (If you want a preview, drop me a line. But be warned, I'll start asking your opinion.)

Oh, and very glad to hear you and yours are safe. We just turned on the TV and heard about the bridge collapse. Yikes!
