Just read all three fics over lunch, and enjoyed them immensely. You really get inside their heads and their insecurities, and of course the ending/beginning is brilliant. Hot, sweet and engaging throughout. Off to leave kudos on AO3

Awww, thanks so much! I'm dead chuffed that you enjoyed these. These were very much a labour of love. (There's obviously a very different dynamic from the Pros lads going on with these boys, and it's sort of fun writing blokes who are naturally much more emotional.)

I think one of the pleasures of fanfic is getting inside the heads of very different characters. And multi-fandom certainly takes you in all sorts of different directions, which I think is all to the good. I love Pros but it's by no means my only fandom. I write/have written in about 15 and read in more than that. To be totally honest, my favourites for reading are Bandom (general, and including e.g. Take That) and Harry Potter. Until recently I'd written more in Spooks than anything. I've got sort of hooked into Pros writing but I will probably drift off elsewhere between fics. I find Bandom characters fascinating - emotions all over the place, as you say, and real characters, too. My absolute favourites are the long AUs that a few writers treat us to - sci fi, fantasy, etc, with the musicians as the 'cast'. Anyway, love the stories, love the boys and love your writing!

I agree that one of the joys of fandom is being able to explore different universes and different characters. (Just checked, and I've written in 22 or 23 different fandoms, depending on how you count the LotR stuff. Crikey, it adds up over the years.) I've played more in the secret agent end of the pool, but I do have to admit I'm very much enjoying the freedom of being in a Bandom fandom. I love writing "canon" based stories, but even more I love those long AUs with the boys as the cast. I'm very happy to hear you're enjoying the stories too.

(Shall have to check out your Spooks stories. Love that show, although I stalled out on series 7 after BBC Canada started screwing with the airing schedule.)

I watched every single episode over ten seasons. The final finale was devastating to almost everyone in the comms. I can't write them now... This is the only icon I still have uploaded. I'm glad Pros just stopped rather than having a finale. I'm currently into the new Hawaii 5.0. - fab banter and snark but I daren't write because it is just so American. I've written in The West Wing with an American beta, but I think East Coast intellectuals are possibly easier for a Brit to access than Hawaiian cops... Though I did try an NYPD Blue fic - as a gift for a Brit friend. Most of my stuff is on my AO3 account - not drabbles and things but anything longer. So you can see what I've played with. But most of the time I'm more into writing original fic: drabbles, poems, flashfic, short stories, novels. A wannabe writer. *g*

I sometimes wonder if BBC actually want people to watch anything. They mess with schedules here, too.

I think this series is mostly done, although there was originally supposed to be a happy sexy scene at the end that didn't end up fitting the mood. I'm thinking that has to get written as a PWP.

I understand- but I also love the idea of a nice PWP... :p you almost inspired me to write some porn myself... I still have to finish my Gary/Mark/Robbie, but any sexy thought I had has now been replaced by images of them changing nappies -dont think it's gonna happen until these go away :/

Oh, I do hope you finish your Gary/Mark/Robbie story. Especially if it's to add more porn. That story is hot and lovely and complicated in really interesting ways. (Let's chase those changing nappies thoughts away, shall we?!)
