R.I.P. Peter O'Toole

przedVery sad today to hear that Peter O'Toole has passed away. He's a performer I adore, not least because he's the star of my very favourite movie of all time, Lawrence of Arabia.
A couple of years ago I put together a Lawrence Pic Spam with all the reasons I love O'Toole in the film. Those reasons still hold true.

Date: 2013-12-16 02:42 pm (UTC)I've just this minute popped it into my Amazon basket *g* It's stupid because I know I saw it as a child, plus living in Dorset, there are so many Lawrence associations locally you'd have thought I'd have had the film waved at me dozens of times over the years. I swear I have a bucket on my head.
