PRZed, what an amazing vid! Thank you thank you so much. The music is mesmerizing - that flugelhorn is so sensuous and rich and the voice is so intimate. The repetitive flashes of scenes - perfect! I love the clips you chose. You manage to get just the exactly right tiny segments - so quick but so full of meaning, poignancy and humor. Favorites - Ray's first whisper, Bodie's voice, both of their spins, Bodie's shadows, goes without saying all of Bodie's hairs and stares... ;) My heart kept melting more and more as the ending approached and the Ray and Bodie clips started alternating, and then puddled completely when you progress to them together. ::Love::
My daughter(6)heard the song and came in to watch over my shoulder. Her comment was "Are those guys always always *always* together?" Why, yes, they are!
Thanks for the feedback. I hadn't heard any Roy Hargrove before this, but as soon as I did, I knew I had to vid it to Pros. It was a fun vid to make, trying to find just the perfect clip for each line.
BTW, I meant to comment on your post about M Fae's fiction. It was incredibly perceptive and made me remember all over again why I love her writing, even when she rips my heart out.

Your daughter is obviously very perceptive.
